I've had this anomaly occur often enough to mention it now, even with the 1.03 patch. Frequently, my tanks will let loose a burst from the bow MG at an enemy AFV (often at quite close range), while the main armament fails to acquire the target and remains unengaged for many crucial seconds. I had this argument before. I believe it was with Fionn (before whose untapped depths of arcane lore I bow ) It seems the 31 50mm armed variants were never produced. Well, a couple of points come up here. 1) Your Pz IVj may not have seen the Sherman that whacked it, but did see the crew. 2) Yes, historically at least, the crew was far more important than the machine. A tank can be built far quicker (and with less cost) than properly training a crew.
