Seeing as most of my fellow officers won ALLIED MAJOR VICTORY, 1000s of Jabos and King Tigers won't do much except have you fall from higher.
BTW, reports from our precious French partisans seem to indicate you test fielded a new Super-Hauptmann, the Von Kelly...

Tried it as well.
Even if the first visual feeling is nice, the overall effect tends to be fuzzy.
I had a View5 screen shot with the MDMP1 and this mods and with the new grass the 81mm craters around the AI's Stug are not visible.
All in all, it is a good job and is worth downloading (ADSL, T1...
) but if you have a slow modem, be sure to ask for screen shots to validate your need.------------------

I had an Allied Major Victory too at Turn 14.
To be HONEST, and after reading your AARs, I was pretty much certain I would be Sniperscoped by the AI.
Had a full 10 turns of HELL.
I had been saved by a M8HMC and a Greyhound.
Boy that one was close, but once Hauptmann AI was armor-less and gun-less it was just a matter of mopping up the map.
As you said Sniper, the element of being a part of a whole and the willingness to play like a "gentleman" sure put some pressure on your shoulders.
Since I have CM, it was the longest 14 turns I've played.

That's right.
Snipers ARE useful if you use them the way you're supposed to do.
Just like most of the rest in CM by the way...
I just had two of those german snipers in a Quick Battle while defending against a fierce Canadian onslaught.
I used them just for a very few chosen targets.
Same as SuperTanker said.
If you are to target mere squads, then go for a LMG any time.
But my snipers had singlehandedly killed the FOs and 2 Platoons HQs and then they started suppressing the 2inches mortars when the Allies surrendered.
Axis Major Victory.
No Off-board arty, fewer LTs, that is the sure path to tip the balance in your favour.

You're right, being overwhelmed by Hummers, Pumas, T8s, Puppchens and all is both GAMEY and bloody frustrating.

Might be difficult for a 14 year old talented kid to behave like a grown up if we are not even behaving like adults.

He is a kid. What he did was stupid.
And for what its worth, being a cast-away and having wrecked his chance to be in the CM2 beta testing team is enough a punishment for that.
Can't you see? Not only did he have broken his toy but you are yelling at him that he won't ever have another one to boot.
If we want to hold the Moral High Ground try not to be bitter adults and show some mercy.
