After played and won 3 QB with computer, I decided to lose this one to computer this time. I formed a force (which I thought the computer will kill them all): 3 X SS mot infantry squard (vet/crack/elite mixed) 2 X MG (vet/crack) and A two men team of a 240 mm arty spotter. all setting are in normal, with some tree, small hills, ect. I give the computer a rifle Bn, and 3 plooton of engineers. In order to let my men face less enemy when contacted, I decided to shell the enemy force with 240 mm arty first before the gun fight happens. With both good luck and almost perfect timing,...ect. This arty attack became a men slaughter. After the battery fire 4 shells (4 tubes in this battery, since I counted 16 big holes on the ground), the battle ended. The computer suffered 735 casaulties, and 100 men were captured. I suffered no one at all, my infantry haven't even fire a sigle shot yet. I know this is kinda lucky, but, the 240 mm arty is waaayyy toooooo powerful!! ------------------ Sgt. Huang I LOVE my country, but my government sucks.

I, never play PBEM before, just played several times in the scenarios in beta demo. I am knida busy now, so , I can only play with one at a time, also, a little busy to build any DYO (Do your own ??) scenario, that's why I choose sucken lane instead of DYO scenario. Hi, Guys : Here are some real stories in the desert storm about 120 mm gun of M1A1 and 125 mm gun of T-72. I don't have the book in hand, it comes from my memory, oh, it is from a book written by Tom Clancy. 1. A M1A1 was stuck in mud, while waiting for M-88 (recovery tank), some T-72 showed up, M1A1 killed them (3 or 4 in total ??) except one left, M1A1 got hit from the last T-72, in the distance of 400-500 meter, the 125 mm gun of T-72 only made a small concave of 2 inches on the turret. The last T-72 fell back to a sand hill before M1A1 can shoot back. But, the 120 mm shell from M1A1 went through the sand hill and killed the poor T-72. 2. One shot Two kills : A M1A1 fired one shot at a T-72, not only killed this T-72, but also one T-72 right behind it. So, am I making 120 mm gun and 125 mm gun clear ?? Sgt.H

At the last battle in a town, those heros who killed the first Tiger tank were killed by a 20 mm AAA, it can't kill a Tiger tank but it can kill those infantry on the tank. In the battle of bulge, a German infantry company were ambushed by a US 4X50 Cal AAA, and the dead bodies were more than 100. Sarge Huang

Although it is an old game, but, you are the German high command, you control all the Axis forces and you can make you own battle plans. I fired 50 Cal many times and we have AP ammo for this giant MG, it definitely can kill HTs in a short distance. I doubled if US army have the AP ammo in the WW II, if yes, then the German HTs are dead meat if hit.
