I heard the mailman coming, a thump on the porch, and I looked out to see two Priorty Mail packages. One was the post (very nice), and the other containing the manual. I got a little worried when the CD didn't fall out. Not to worry for the future owners, BTS snuck the CD inside the manual. I live in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and ordered my copy last October. I did a search on this but nothing came up. Last night while I was thinking of which scenarios I should make first, a thought entered my head that never accured to me before. Since SS Panzer Grenaider(sp?) squads are different from normal Wermacht and Volkstrum troops (and should be), can tanks be shown in the unit display box (at the bottom of the screen) wether they are SS or not. Yes my own question doesn't make sense to me. In other words, if a tank is from an SS division will it be shown in its description box? Thanks for any answers, Miles

Ok you can certainly you may brew up a knocked out tank. I've done it many times in the already worn out scenarios from the demos. Just re-target the tank again. It's actually pretty fun I'm not sure but I think KO'D tanks can be repaired if not brewed up in an operation. Dave

Well guys this is what happened to me- *******Spoiler******* I had a Sherman 75 knock out the panther in the 'weak spot on the front turret' said the detailed armore penetration. Then the sherman suffered a hit by a Panzershreck penetrating the fron hull, but didn't get knocked out, instead suffered one casualty. A second hit did knock the brave sherman out. Another sherman firing at the Panzershreck teams (there were two teams hiding in the trees) after seeing his friend being fried reversed, fired one machinegun at one Panzershreck team and the main gun at the other team. I was thinking of buying Luftwaffe Commander and Panzer Commander from SSI. What do you guys think how they should rank? If any of you guys have either one of these products, could you tell me how you like them? Thanks, Pvt. Ryan

I do agree that this is just a really ****y wargame. One thing that gets me upset when i lose my infantry and Koeningstiger to mines. I send infantry to dig them up, but they don't, and just get slaughtered. I'm really not interested in this game, just gettin me a little pissed i can't fix a problem to a simple game. Thanks, Pvt. I personally like the picture of the german sniper, with the ladder going up the tree. Wouldn't you have at least thrown it on the ground? A little give-away in my eyes. Pvt. Ryan

Just wondering- What is the max. effective range of a Pershing say against the front hull or turret of a King Tiger or even a Jagdtiger? Thanks for the input! Pvt. Ryan

That new game called WWIIONLINE is based upon one player equals, one soldier, tank, plane, and so forth. Sure as heck isn't as good as CM, then again no game is..... It's also a little pricy. Pvt. Ryan

I was wondering what specificly can engineers do? Do they have special weapons? Clear minefields? I did a search but it just brought up posts that stated that engineers were in the game. Any screenshots Madmatt of engineers? Thanks, Pvt. Ryan

My grandfather was a medic in the PT. I was told he served with Merril's Marauder's in Burma. He was promoted to Sergeant Major, but never accepted, rather staying with his old outfit. I now have all of his medals, bayonet, and 45. bullets. One other thing I have I think as rather haunting. He brought home a Japanese flag. It had names written around the Rising Sun, and blood splotches everywhere. The Japanese troops must've performed a Banzai charge, writing their names on this flag before they died. Pvt. Ryan

I just have a couple of questions for the final release version. 1) Will anti-magnetic paste be incorporated with the german tanks? 2) Will the Pz Jag Tiger (P) be in the game? There were only 90 produced, but most, if not all, served in the western front. They served much earlier than CM's timeframe, but I wandared if some german unit had these. Thanks again. Pvt. Ryan

I have done a search and found the topic, but there wasn't one solid answer for this. In campaigns or operations, will the battle before the next one have an effect? i.e. will the other side be able to get more reinforcements if you lose? Also can ypu change the outcome of the war? Can you drive into London or Stalingrad, inside your King Tiger? Thanks, Pvt. Ryan
