Yes, I've tried that, but it is rather sad to always play rural and flat maps. Still, you have to run from cover to cover with your inf platoons. The groups of trees are rarely more than 100x30m, which in not enough to provide cover and concealment for a platoon. You are never able to maneuver in the tree covered areas. I always try to move in a straight line in the middle of the trees to avoid getting spotted, which I feel is rather silly. An example. I would like to play maps where, for example, the eastern part is a "forest" (no vehicles allowed ), a village or some houses in the western/middle part of the map and the rest of the map have groups of trees here and there. It would give you some options with your inf. Splinty - I will do that. However, I also like to set up a fresh QB every night and I don't like it the way it is now. I want more trees and shorter los.

When playing a QB, I prefer to play with as much tree coverage and short los as possible. However, I do not think the tree coverage is enough no matter how I set the parameters. There are groups of trees scattered all over the map, some tall pines, some heavy woods, but without covering a larger area. I would like to see "forests" covering larger areas where tanks can't reach my inf platoons. Perhaps that's the way the countryside looks like in CM's part of the world. I don't know. I'm from the northern part of Sweden myself so I'm used to real motherfu%¤%&/ng forests and not isolated groups of trees. So what do I want? Hmmm, I just want to know what you guys think. I don't know crap about the fog problem you experienced but I do know that I shot a dozen rounds at your f-¤%"#(¤/-ing tanks without hitting anything but dirt. You took out my two PzIV with two rounds. Let me tell ya, it hurt like hell. Without giving away too much, I do believe I am screwed in this PBEM. But that's ok, you need luck to beat me. BTW Björn, are you southbound any time soon?
