The Warrior
I just patched CMSFto 1.32. I have all the modules. When I patched to 1.32 The NATO mod dose not show but all the other ones do on the opening screen. When I click through the battle scenarios I can see the NATO battles but there grayed out. Had the same issue with 1.31. Any ideas?
The Warrior
As a matter of fact, when I tried to patch to 1.31 when it came out, I got the following error message. Error accured while trying to rename a file in the distination directory: MoveFile failed; Code 5 Access id denied. I can choose to ignor, abort or retry. Retry dose nothing and if I try ignor, the patch will install but I can't play the NATO module.
SD Smack
I had a similar issue with 1.31. I had to uninstall my anti-virus software to update to 1.31. Once there I was able to update to 1.32. You might want to either disable your anti-virus or uninstall it and see if that works. Steve-o
Schrullenhaft
If you're running on Windows Vista or Windows 7 I also suggest right-clicking and selecting "Run as administrator" from the popup window to launch the installer. This should hopefully help in those situations where the game is installed to the '\Program Files' or '\Program Files (x86)' directory. As SD Smack said, also disable any security software you may be running while trying to patch the game. Also make sure to make the correct selections when patching. This will change what executable file actually gets installed, which in turn will determine if a module is missing or not.
