I'm still in the demo. However, is it possible to setup waypoints in movement? Also, is it possible to change vehicle facing without moving forward?

A vehicle reverse command would be helpful as well.

I do believe I'm hooked on this simulation regardless!

For waypoints use the shift key.

For reverse look for the reverse icon in the lower right panel.

and for facing, press and hold the right mouse button for 2 seconds. (The icon will change.)

... and the icon is called "retreat". It will make the vehicles reverse.

It does work, however i've noticed that when the game is paused it doesn't seem to allow for waypoints, the unit will just go to the final position you mark.

You can assign waipoints for a unit even when the game is paused. The restricition is that the commands must be the same (for example, move-move-move-move or assault-assault-assault).
