Perhaps you could mention which text it is and what type of videocard you are using. Its the text in the game Hotkeys screen, and the text in the info screen at the bottom of the screen. Text on the map as well. There is a workaround involving replacing some of the text bitmaps in the game. It doesn't look pretty, but it makes the text legible. This has been an issue for years and I don't know if there will ever be a driver update that addresses this somehow.
