For CMAK scenarios is the size you are looking for, I can suggest one of mine. This is an Operation Sealion scenario. The setting is more of a village than a city but it might satisify for the tactics and skills necessary. The more experienced player should play as the British. Bigger, but more "urban" is: Medicina, Yoicks Tally Ho! Features a hurried attack by a British Armored group advancing over open farmland to attack the town of Medicina. Historical situation and map is based on actual terrain.
