It's coming, sometime this decade I hope. Other than handing over the IL2 source code, the PC dev team had nothing to do with the console games. Oleg posted a development update a few weeks ago. Edited: I guess that would be a commercial link too. You'll have to hunt it down yourselves over at the 1c website.
