Panama Red
CMAK and CMBB play fine on Windows ME, if that is your concern. I know because one of my PC's is Windows ME and I have CMBO, CMBB and CMAK all playing great on that PC.
Redwolf
CMBO, CMBB and CMAK work on Linux if you buy the Cedega version of the Windows ABI emulator Wine ($5/month). http://www.cedega.com/ I had to use the non-cd patch for one of the them, but I don't think that's the case anymore. Disclaimer: I use an old version of Cedega, hope they didn't fatfingered anything. Otherwise, forget it. You want Windoze games, you want Windoze.
BigDog944
linux/ubunta (what the difference) Just like Vista is a version of Windows, Ubuntu is a version of Linux. There's more to it than that, but that's probably all you need to know from a general point of view.
