cabal23
Are we getting some new ground tiles or objects with Marines? We need water badly!
medlinke
This has already been addressed in many places, but the definitive thread is here: http://www.battlefront.com/community/showthread.php?t=82127
cabal23
Yeah I read those forum messages. Not really a definitive answer. I read into those statements that it will be released in the future, but is the future 2013? Very vague at best.
Lethaface
Steve (battlefront.com) did post somewhere something similar to this: 'sorry, water wont make in into Marines. But it will be there for Normandy.' Dont remember which thread though.
Moon
Water - no. But the Marines module comes with an updated set of terrain textures. It's not a huge difference to the CMSF ground texture set, but is meant to better simulate the more fertile western coast region, where much of the action is taking place.
Paper Tiger
I love the way your leaking little nuggets of pure gold here and there. I almost missed this one. VERY good news. Looking forward to a, hopefully, early September release.
cabal23
So it's not just me. Slowly the truth becomes unraveled. Unfortunately I have no interest in the WWII genre any longer, so all I care about is this game. I have been playing WWII since I was old enough to start up a TANDY 1000. Keep those nuggets coming. Long live CMSF!
