PoppinHobbit
The reviews are excellent, sounds fun, multiplayer sounds even better. But it looks dead, hardly any posts and I'm worried I'm wasting my money if multiplayer is empty.
Dan Verssen
Things have slowed down. It might just be the holidays and people are busy. If anyone has any cool ideas for generating interest and reaching new players, we're all ears.
PoppinHobbit
Can you just give me an idea of what slow is? Can I find games from 6pm-10pm CST? I don't need tons of people and a huge community...as long as some people are on.
Baron von Beergut
I'd say get the free demo at least and then check out the game and the website to see for yourself how active or not it is. Any players you see on line you can ask for opinions and then decide for yourself if it's worth the investment. And once you buy the bundle pack you could ask anyone you see online if they'd like to do a battle and trade tactics ideas while you play to help learn the ropes better. To me it is a decent "beer and pretzels" type game to relax from the more complicated grognard wargames. Face paced, short games easy to play with enough variables it plane types, cards, etc to keep things interesting. Play one on one, two vs two, 1 escorting bombers vs 2 others, campaigns against the AI or other humans, the occasional tourney that gets set up, etc... Things are much slower than a year ago and a bit slower than a month ago. So Dan may be right that it's just the Christmas season keeping folks away. Maybe if they'd do a post Christmas reduced price sale on the bundle pack it might spur a little more interest. You can generally find 1-4 folks on just about anytime and sometimes double that. A year ago you could often find 20 folks on line at a time. Good luck in your battles! BvB/Scott

Ralph
I purchased the bundle a few days ago and really enjoy it. I want to get in a little more play against the AI before I attempt multiplayer and get waxed. Ralph
