M.R.Maiornikov
Hi guys well i installed the patch (now it shows 1.3.056 version in main menu) but when i do the battles i don't see those speed up things they talked about in the release. Do i have to do something to get them?
Madmatt
Those improvements won't be seen on everyone's system. They were specific to certain CPU's. Mostly for those with dual/quad-cores, but other enhancements for hyperthreading as well. Make sure and uncheck the Use One CPU option if you have a dual/quad or HT CPU. Slapaho
did he not mean the double game speed / half game speed? If so M.R.Maiornikov, you have to assign keys to them in your options menu.
Madmatt
Oh, you may be right. Yes, you have to assign a key to that function, it is not set automatically. Madmatt
SlapHappy
M.R. You do that in the "Controls" section from the options menu.
Pvt. Ryan
The easiest way is to choose the default settings and it will assign the BackSpace key to that function.
whaco
I did notice quite a change as far as the speed of units go on my dual/quad core. Infact I am not complaining, but it's almost too fast now. LoL, Oh well can't please em all Madmatt.

SlapHappy
whaco What kind of average frame rates are you getting? I haven't noticed anything much different (as reported in FRAPS anyway).
