handihoc Posted January 20, 2008 Share Posted January 20, 2008 Yeah, I've really set myself up here, but would somebody do me a big favour and assume that I am dumb beyond belief, and explain in the simplest terms how to install mods (but without actually resorting to personal insults as I'm a very sensitive English chap). So many great looking mods being created by players, and much appreciated, but though I install them into a Z folder, none have shown up in-game. M1A1TC Posted January 20, 2008 Share Posted January 20, 2008 Did you UNZIP them into Z folder? Also, CMMODS only allows certain names like syrian-skin-1, not syrian-skin 1. So when you download a mod, make sure to rename them so the name is the same as the original file. In the above example, you would take out - . Was that sensitive enough?
