Language Bug in 1.06

I play in German language (Paradox Version), but have this english text since 1.06:

What does "Spotter is Partial Hull Down" mean ?

It means that the unit that is doing the targeting is partially obscured by terrain from the point of view of the enemy unit is targeting.

And the grey line means that only some of the targeting elements in the unit can achieve LOS to the target.

I mean, with infantery i know it but with a tank ?

The screenshot is from the "Schwend" Scenario...that is fu**ing huge.
