open up/button up question

I have noticed that you can only order a stryker to open up/button up when it is carrying a unit.

When it is empty, the order disappears and the vehicle stays buttoned up.

At first, I thought the open up order only applied to the passengers, but when the vehicle is occupied, the open up order is available separately for the vehicle and the passengers.

I see no mention of this in the manual.

Is this intentional behavior? and if yes, what is the rationale or is it a bug.

Note that just because the command exists for both the vehicle and the passengers does not mean that it covers the crew -- just like Disembark, it could mean the difference between unbuttoning for all passengers (selected by vehicle), or individual teams (selected by team).

This is a known issue and has been reported previously via our BETA channels.

Also effects BMP's and though I haven't tested it further, it probably applies to one or two other vehicles in game.

I noticed already in 1.02 that some Strykers (at least M1126 and M1132) that have a 2 man crew in the manual only have one man crew in game. Can you comment anything about that - is that a known bug in game or old picture in the manual?
