Move Command in Set-up

I am getting the blue line instead of the unit moving to the setup location on the map where I clicked. Its not outside the setup area and this did not happen last weekend when I played a little. Any ideas?

Is this a scenario? The designer may have locked the units in place and not allowed them to be moved.

In the QB, are you sure you were in the setup zone? I had one last night where I thought I was in the setup zone because the ground was all the same color, but it turns out that all of my units were outside of the zone. When this happens, you can't place your units anywhere.

Was the ground under the units in the QB a different color than normal desert?

Can we get some clarity on using the move command to set-up units? I tried the same battle and last weekend was able to move units during set-up. Now I get the blue movement line. This is odd.

I'm even more confused. While during the set-up phase in one scenario, some of my units leave a movement path while others are physically moved (transported) to another location using the same key. Just don't get it.

If you use Move during setup units should move to "target point" immediately if it is inside the setup zone. If the point is outside setup zone, then the movement begins once you finish the setup phase and time starts running.

If you are inside setup zone the ground should be blue or red.
