Agentorange
I'll happily play both sides, but I'm really looking forward to playing some of the Axis minor allies - something a bit unusual
Panzer76
I'll play them all. But I hope I can play forces like the Hungarians, and still have a fighting chance!
Stalin's Organ
Played some fun games with Hungarians & Roumanians vs Sov's in Steel Panthers & they might e fun. But I have to say initially I wanna see the big pre-game artilery preperations of the Sov's hit my opponent - not me!!
Richard Morgan
National sentiment will have very little to do with which side I play: tactical options will. I think it is fair to say that on the Western Front the two opposing sides were broadly similar in composition and doctrine. On the Eastern Front, the differences were very marked - rapier vs bludgeon, quality vs quantity... and of course the balances shifted as the war progressed. I think that I will start by playing the Russians, purely because I have tended to play the Germans in previous Eastern Front simulations. I am now polishing my credit card in preparation for the big release... Cheers, Richard (UK)
Wisbech_lad
Russians mostly. Time period, prefer before mid '43. BT7's vs Pz38t W00t! But please someone convert Hill 621...
laxx
I have been playing the German Side in CMBO. I think for CMBB, it would be great to play either sides: German because it would be challenging to have lesser troops but better equiptment and training, Russian because of the diverse equipment and I suppose near fanaticism of not surrendering. Anyway, CMBO and CMBB rules!
