flamingknives
To check out an operation (12 turns, 1944, fictional) with SS PzGr and armour vs British paras and Canadian infantry and tanks. It rates a 'huge', about 9000 a side but the forces generally end up at 2 companies worth for any one battle. The map itself it three terrain types: 1: Bocage with a main road through it going into... 2: A large town with extensive suburbs, wooded hills surrounding it and a large building on a commanding hill. On the other side is.... 3: Open country - the objective of the Axis player. The Axis player is on an advance or an assault, I can't quite remember. Does anyone want to give it a go? Let me know and I'll email it. flamingknives
I'm currently playing the AI on this, but I've got an advantage as I know what to expect. I'd really like someone else to try it. It is a lot of fun.
