Panzer Leader
Sorry for the slightly off-topic post, but this is related to East Front lore. Does anybody remember a link to a downloadable Kursk PDF by, I think, David Glantz? I think it might have been Dorosh who posted it a few months ago, but can't remember. If anyone finds it, could you please post the link here? Thanks, it's good stuff, although its a large file.
Andreas
It was Pillar who posted it, I think.

Panzer Leader
Yeah, I've finally gotten the Kursk defense downloaded. It isd amazing -- so detailed. I then tried to go back and get some more goodies (like Glantz' work on Soviet Airborne Operations of the war) but it seems to be a very fickle site. This evening it kep coming up "Cannot find server." Hopefully that's just temporary... Pillar, thanks so much for the heads up, truly a wealth of info there! GriffinCheng+
Is there any other papers I should read related to CMBO and CMBB? TIA.
Grisha
There is a paper there on Soviet night operations as well by Major Claude Sasso.
Panzer Leader
Thought I'd give this one more bump since I was here and someone interested may've missed it the first time around. Oh some more good ones (not downloaded yet looks to be "Standing Fast. German Defensive Doctrine on the Russian Front During World War II: Prewar to March 1943" and "The Soviet Airborne Experience" and "Rangers: Selected Combat Operations in World War II" and "Rangers: Selected Combat Operations in World War II"
GriffinCheng+
I just finished "Fighting the Russians in Winter: Three Case Studies". It is an enlightening read. It clears a lot of previous myths about "General Winter". Thanks for all the reply.
