Ezmartini
I was wondering how difficult some of the full game's missions are compared to the demo's. At first, Valley of Trouble was super-hard for me, but i read some general info on the net and now I beat it with the Allies 91-9 (only 9 KIA)! stic.man
its alot harder, i just got this game and the demo is a breeze compared to this. the game is much funner and more interesting when you have more than 3 types of tanks =)

MoJo
Hi, I also have the demo and just ordered the game 2 days ago. Just wanted to say that I am looking forward to playing the full version of the game and joining you all in the ladder and PBEM games. BTW, Ezmartini would you like to setup some kind of PBEM match with me (If the option actually works). -MoJo
Ezmartini
That would be great if we can set it up right. I was kind of wondering how the multiplayer aspect of it was, so it would be nice to try it out.
MoJo
Ok, which mission should we do and what army would you like to be? You can either post it here or just send me an email at Onliner2@msn.com, looking forward to your reply! -MoJo ------------------ "For every soldier that died at Dieppe, ten were saved on D-Day" --Lord Louis Mountbatten
Ezmartini
The Chance Encounter mission is too flat, so let's do Valley of Trouble. I don't know your experience, but I like playing as Allies. I say whoever is better defends. If you could inform me on how to PBEM works, that would be great too. MoJo
Ok, Valley of Trouble it is. I think that youre a better player since it seems your a hot shot at this scenario (9 KIA ONLY!) Sp I'm the Germans, Youre the Allies, and were doing the Valley of Trouble Mission. Fine with me. You are first up so I'll be awaiting your email at Onliner2@msn.com And the PBEM games are saved in the PBEM folder inside the Combat Mission directory. Good Luck! -MoJo ------------------ "For every soldier that died at Dieppe, ten were saved on D-Day" --Lord Louis Mountbatten

Ezmartini
That'd be great, but I can probably only handle one game at a time. I'll give you a ring if i am up to the challenge sometime later.

Just add me to the buddies list and I'll do the same. In the meantime I'll be plotting out my moves on the PBEM. MoJo
Just found out that you have to open up the PBEM games with the .txt extension not the .cmb like I thought it was. So everything is ok and I will proceed as planned, youll get the file by tomorrow morning. Good Luck! -Mo ------------------ "For every soldier that died at Dieppe, ten were saved on D-Day" --Lord Louis Mountbatten
Doug Beman
Yes, the demo missions will get "easier" as you play more. But the beauty of the full game is that there's no end to the number of different missions you can play. DjB
Monte99
Yep. Even the playing same missions can be interesting. I played Aachen about eight times and got a different result each time. Then too, you can always give the enemy an edge if you're feeling cocky. ------------------ "Arms are my ornaments, warfare my repose." - Don Quixote
Guest Mikey D
A word of advice to the new CM owners. You REALLY should run to the CM art upgrade and 3rd party download sites. Makes all the difference in the world, especially with some of the more 'iffy' default vehicles like the Churchill, JagdTiger, M8 Greyhound, etc... The upgrade stuff is amazing. Ezmartini
Thanks for the tip Mikey! I think I got CM for Christmas because of a certain little UPS package before my mom got home.
