GreenAsJade
Reasonably often, the PBEM save file saved by CMBB is only a few hundred bytes. This is obviously wrong, and CMBB spews on it when the next person tries to load it. Does anyone else experience this? Any cures? Ta, GaJ.
Schrullenhaft
I'm not familiar with this problem. I suggest doing some file system checks to make sure that isn't the source of the problem. Then before running CM, turn off any programs or utilities running in the background (including anti-virus) to make sure nothing is interfering with the file write. You may want to question any drive caching software you may have installed. If you have the Intel Application Accelerator installed, you may want to uninstall it. Generally it works, but some older versions have be problematic in the past (not specifically with CM).
