Ohmpapa Posted April 24, 2004 Share Posted April 24, 2004 Well, I purchased the game without realizing it had a lot of technical problems accompanying it. My problems started as soon as I put in the game cd. In anycase I have been able to install enough of the game to be able to play. The only problem is that in the game I can only hear ambient sounds. No cannon fire or anything else other than environment noise can be heard. Is it supposed to be like that? I checked my WAV folder and I have only 9 WAV files. Are there supposed to be more? GreenAsJade Posted April 24, 2004 Share Posted April 24, 2004 Actually, the game usually installs trouble-free. There are thousands of Wav files, so your install clearly did not work properly. You won't be able to get the WAVs from somewhere else: there are 100's of MBs of them. Try posting for help on getting the install to work properly in the "Technical Help" forum.
