MD82 Posted December 13, 2005 Share Posted December 13, 2005 I have CDV's Combat Mission Anthology which has all 3 CM games. I would like to get a full 266 page printed manual BUT the Anthology just comes with a skimpy PDF manual so obviously I don't have a CDV cover to mail in.
