DEY
I just came across this site, thought I'd share with anybody who may not had seen it before. Unfortunely the pics are somewhat small, I'd suggest downloading and view them in something you can expand them with. Actually there are a few movies for some of the models. flamingknives
Hmm. I still think that the one I saw at the model engineering exhibition was better. Scratch build, 1:9 scale Chieftain with working everything (tracks, turret, hatches with little figures that popped up - hell, even the gun was gyro-stabilized.) I'd bet that it even travelled at the correct scaled speed too. Took 20 years to build though...
DBaron
A month or so ago when people were talking about the R/C Tiger tanks on the General Forum, I became mildly interested. I found this site R/C Tank Combat which is devoted to scratch building tanks (at 1/6 size I believe) installing a paintball gun, then engaging in combat with other tank builders. A lot of work, and expensive, but it looks like fun.
David I
Go digging in Google and find the site where they have scale model ships firing bb's at each other until they sink. It's out there but I can't remember the name of the organization. DavidI
