Ted
I’m playing a scenario that consists of mostly factories. There is an initial barrage of rockets that cause several areas (hexes in the old school) of rubble. Which is better cover or protection from incoming fire, factory hex or rubble?
ParaBellum
Since rubble cannot collapse I'd go for the rubble.
Ted
What about from incoming fire. I’m not sure if I should move troops from an intact factory to the rubble. I tried reading the manual but it isn’t very specific.
Runyan99
I think factory is better than rubble.
WWB
Rubble is damn good cover, alot better than factory IIRC. WWB
von Lucke
Exposure in rubble: 21% Exposure in factory: 15% Looks like factory wins by 6%. (But, as stated above, rubble won't fall on you after heavy shelling).
