Fuerte
Here is basic support for PBEM Helper. Create a file CMBBDEMO.INI in PBEM Helper installation folder, and put the following text into it:
code:

[settings] LongName=Combat Mission: Barbarossa to Berlin Demo EXE=BARBAROSSA TO BERLIN DEMO.EXE EMailSubDir=PBEM PBEMFilePattern=*.TXT FileTypes=1 [File0] Ext=TXT Primary=1 Modified=1 CheckSame=1 Required=1

Fuerte
In Options / Modify Installed Programs, Enable CMBB. Then you should see all CMBB PBEM games in the main window.

Lars
Fuerte, I didn't mean you, I meant have the app built inside CMBB. Thanks for the upgrade though! Looking forward to it. P.S. - Have you tried begging for a free game yet?

Captain Pies
Fuerte Any updates to PBEM helper for the release version of CMBB?
WineCape
Abbott, I'm still using PBEM Helper (older version 1.1.193) with CMBO and it is the best thing since sliced bread. Have not upgraded yet to the CMBB version. The support for automatic file numbering and p/w entering and starting the game with the desired PBEM file is the best feature of this program. Plus it will file the older PBEM files being returned by your opponent automatically by creating its own subfolders in a specific folder. Some people have trouble with this handy e-mail program (especially with getting automatic password entering to work), but I'm a happy customer and have no such problems, as it works perfectly under Windows 98SE, especially when you have 15+ PBEM games going. Alas, I have not the time to engage in more than 1 PBEM game at a time of late. Fuerte, await your "stable" PBEM Helper (CMBB incarnation) in due course...
