Patch game so play can extend beyond 1946

This was addressed under "Major Complaint" and is such a valid point that I thought it needed its own post.

To the developers of Battlefront You have given us a GREAT game - is such a patch possible?

If so, you would be worshipped even more for adding it to this incredible game!

I would rather see a map extension as the first major upgrade.

Why? The longest game I've had to date ended in mid 1945. And that was because I was trying a strange alternative strategy. Most of my games are over by late 1943.

Against the AI, my battles, unless I am on the losing side, tend to end before '45. But it might be very diferent playing against a human. Two equally matched human players might have a deadlock for years at a time. Also, I cant imagine Hitler sitting at a negotiating table once May '46 rolls around. He was not the type. I think it should be extended to at least around '49. But I agree with those who said the map should be extended first. Especially south in my opinion, plus more resources down there.
