Mad Russian
The Proving Grounds accepts both battles and scenarios. When you go to the site move the cursor to the Scenario selection. Once the pull down menu activates you will see that Upload New is in the middle of the list. Once you have selected to upload a new scenario it will ask you all of the relevant information. The 4th box in the upload form is length of the game. This is where you tell everyone that it is an operation. Simply show that it is ## of turns for ## of battles and you have uploaded your operations information. There is no way that I am aware of that the site can tell you if a scenario is a battle or an operation without looking at the information page on the scenario. The word scenario is a generic term meaning any fight that a wargame covers. It can mean either a battle or an operation. Operations take a while longer to get playtested on the site mostly because of their size. So don't get discouraged if it takes a while for your scenario to get playtested. Hope this helps. GJK
Up to this point, there hasn't been a reason to distinguish between Op's and battles...or at least the request hasn't been made that I can recall. It's certainly a feature that could be added, if the demand for it is there.
