abuassad
when u click on a unit engaged against the enemy, u can get 2 lines; red n yellow. i'm often confused-what do the lines signify? thanx.
CJMello
When you click on a unit the red line is what that unit is targeting and the yellow signifies units firing at it, incoming fire. ------------------ Order, Counterorder, Disorder. - von Moltke
Pvt. Ryan
Not to sound like a jerk, but you should really read the manual. It covers basic stuff that you really need to know. You do have the manual, don't you?

Pvt. Ryan
After briefly skimming the manual, I don't see where the red/yellow targeting lines are explained. It must be there somewhere. Anyway, as already pointed out, the red lines indicate targets at which the selected unit is firing and the yellow lines indicate units which are aiming at the selected unit. For example, if you have a Panther targeting a Sherman the line from the Panther to the Sherman will be red if you have the Panther selected. The line will be yellow if you have the Sherman selected. A unit can target only one unit at a time, so there will never be more than one red line, but that unit can be targeted by multiple enemy units, so there can be many yellow lines indicating your unit is in deep trouble. Pvt. Ryan
I assumed something as basic as this would be stated in the manual. In this case RTFM means Redo The F*****g Manual. (Unless it's already in there.)
Schugger
Sorry abuassad, but I can't find my manual at the moment to prompt you to the correct page. In addition what has been said before, orange lines indicate area fire and a thick red line indicates that two units are targetting each other.
