Manx_CM Posted March 11, 2001 Share Posted March 11, 2001 John has altered the Achilles mod posted earlier this evening. It now features lighter textures - the previous release was too dark. I took the old one offline as soon as i heard of the change and i've tried to get it up as quickly as possible, but i realise that a number of you will have already downloaded it. Mr. Clark Posted March 11, 2001 Share Posted March 11, 2001 Manx and Tiger, great work! But... The new BRUSH, listed as Hi-Res on the website, is actually Lo-Res (better for me anyway!) The Priest, listed as Lo-Res, actually has a Hi-Res side panel. The Achilles (FINALLY! YAY!) is listed as Lo-Res, but is in fact Hi-Res. Probably wouldn't even have noticed these nits, except I Lo-Res out all my stuff (you can hardly tell... REALLY!) ------------------ "Fear is for the enemy... Fear and Bullets." Not being a mod maker myself, i find it hard to tell the difference, especially when Tigers low res mods look just good as his high. Nothing to do with bandwidth so i've been told. I just realised that all the links on The Last Defense are still pointing to the old site. Should I go ahead and update them? ------------------ Well my skiff's a twenty dollar boat, And I hope to God she stays afloat. But if somehow my skiff goes down, I'll freeze to death before I drown.
