Does anyone know how long it usually takes to print, say 100.000 CDs from the master (i.e. "gold") CD? BTS: How is the game going to be shipped to Europa? UPS? dumbo Posted January 13, 2000 Share Posted January 13, 2000 This may well have changed but back when I was in external production 6 years ago you could do a run of 20,000 in a day from a decent duplicator. Add 2 days fedex either way and shipping I expect a weeks delay between it going final and getting to my door. What will probably take more time is the manual which by thier nature are always the last things to be done (if they are done right) and layout of those buggers is a hassle, then printing & shipping those. Of course we might just be getting a phtocopied manual which would be fine with me frankly but I suspect BTS will want to do us a nice glossy 4 color one. Just educated guesses I could be way off.
