Please complete my order (and fix your ticket system or somefink)

I purchased CMRT over 36 hours ago but the order is still in process.  I would very much like a download link.

I also twice tried to create a help desk ticket, but your system told me that I "look like a bot" and would not create the ticket - without telling me why.

This is a user to user help forum so you cannot be sure that @BFCElvis will see your post. I recommend opening a ticket with support - then you know he will see it: Battlefront Help desk

Also, the confirmation emails always have the download links. If you didn't see the confirmation email it may have ended up in your spam folder.

My apologies!  I did get the email in my regular folder, but I was just looking at the online order screen and was waiting for the link there.  I did not see that the confirmation email had a link.
