CMSF1 upgrade not working, where are the missions?

Hey guys long time customer here. I just purchased The CMSF1 Base Game Upgrade. After activating the game with the new purchased code it just won't load any further than the initial splash screen.

Within the new installation folder I do not see any base game missions or campaigns. What am I missing here?

Also, I can't find my original activation code for CMSF1. However, I do have the original Marines module activation code which I did use to activate.

Will the original Marine module work with the new CMSF1 upgrade?

You need to activate both the new activation code for CMSF2 and the old activation code for CMSF1. If you have lost your old activation code for CMSF1, please create a ticket at the helpdesk:

They have been very helpful to help me. I had also lost the CMSF1 base game activation code.

Good. I take it things are fine. Just for reference your scenario files are located under a folder in your documents. Look for a path with Battlefront and shock force in the name.
