s bakker
Actually i found the new grass textures a bit to 'plastic'. The colouring and the 'smooth look' didn't appeal to me. I switched back to the MDP-1 grass textures. All a question of taste i presume. Grtz S Bakker. ------------------ Visit my CM site! Ricky
I preferred the original grass and switched back as well. The winter camo's were nice though.

KiwiJoe
Well as far as pure "looks" go I think the new grass is a bit patchy. But boy does it show up every little bump and valley on the map from views like 2 and 3 instead of 1. So im going to keep it for a while cause I think it will help gameplay. PawBroon
Tried it as well. Even if the first visual feeling is nice, the overall effect tends to be fuzzy. I had a View5 screen shot with the MDMP1 and this mods and with the new grass the 81mm craters around the AI's Stug are not visible. All in all, it is a good job and is worth downloading (ADSL, T1... ) but if you have a slow modem, be sure to ask for screen shots to validate your need. ------------------ Either he's dead or my watch has stopped
Echo
I had a hard time discerning between the grass and light wood tiles. The grass patern is a tad to 'busy'.
jgdpzr
I'm using it on a test basis for the moment. Like others, it might be a little busy for my tastes, and a bit patchy, but it does seem to help determining elevation from the 4 viewing level, which I use quite a bit. Overall, it's a good effort.
