Bulletpoint
Just came across this odd thing in a scenario - My Daimler II armoured scout cars cannot dismount. The option is greyed out. Is this intentional? Their 'little brothers', the Humber IIIs, dismount just fine. Is this because those are intended to dismount to scout up ahead while the stronger Daimler boys are intended to stay in their vehicle? In that case, how come proper tanks' (Sherman, etc) crews are allowed to dismount? Edited July 31, 2016 by Bulletpoint

They work the same. The crew can still re-mount. Edited July 31, 2016 by MOS:96B2P

Totally forgot that there was the bailout button too. I guess it's a data entry error of some kind, since the idea would be for passengers to dismount, but for crew to bail out. Important in the case of halftracks etc. but not really applicable to scout cars (at least as long as they can't carry passengers)
A Canadian Cat
Also that command is disabled when the vehicle has any movement orders.
