Should?

-The building entry bug should be fixed.

-ATI decal-related lighting issues should be fixed.

-Air support should now behave as it used to in CMBN and CMFI.

That's not exactly reassuring.

Or am I being too pedantic?

In my real life job when I test program changes I also use the word should. I think it should be interpreted as "our testing indicates the problem is resolved but there is always a small chance something was missed in testing".

Or that the fix works for all of the systems tested, but there's always the chance of the a hardware/OS configuration out there for which the fix(es) do not work.

We betas and BFC do as much as we can, but it's simply impossible to test for every possible hardware & OS combination; the graphics card/driver possibilities alone are myriad.
