Rocco
I've just replaced a MacBook Air with a Macbook Pro. The Air ran CMSF without any problems. I can't get CMSF to load at all on the Pro, either from the backup or from a new download. The error code says "Error: errorCode. errorMessage Please contact your vendor for assistance." The new Mac is 2.8Ghz i7. Graphics Intel Iris 1024 MB Any ideas?

Schrullenhaft
Please open a ticket in the Helpdesk. Attempting to run the game on a new computer (by moving files from an old one) causes issues with the copy-protection system when it recognizes that it is not running on the computer it was activated on. The Helpdesk will have to send you an utility to delete the activation on your new Mac. You can also potentially delete this file yourself with these instructions from a Helpdesk article: Unable to load license for this application or Error: errorcode
