Seems to me absurd. But then I have a problem with paintings also. If they are really good reproduce them to scale and commoditise them. But no it has to be "rarity".

Anyone read about the "Rembrandt" effect. I cannot recall where I read it but apparently tell someone a painting is a Rembrandt and the critical faculties are not employed but th eworship side. And as you guessed a real Rembrandt announced as "a school of " is seen critically.

Humans are so primitive.

Compared to what? BTW, I haven't the foggiest idea what diesel means by the word in this context.

Michael

Compared to what indeed. Once you understand that then you will fully understand what he's on about. Although my original remark was to suggest that perhaps Diesel is a Reptoid, his last sentence is entirely consistent with the political views he holds. Not only consistent, but maybe even essential.

However, I didn't ask you to interpret Diesel's context. I am now asking you if you agree with his view that humans are primitive. If so then why? Do you include yourself as one of the primitives or not? I am asking this because I know that you hold political views that are similar in many respects to those of Diesel and I suspect that you are inclined to agree with his views more often than not.

Compared to a rock? No, not at all. Compared to my ideal of what a human could be? Yes, quite a lot.

Do you include yourself as one of the primitives or not?

Compared to my ideal? Yes, certainly.

I am asking this because I know that you hold political views that are similar in many respects to those of Diesel and I suspect that you are inclined to agree with his views more often than not.

There is possibly a grain of truth in that, but I wouldn't push it too far as I am not at all clear on what diesel's beliefs are in every area, and I know I sometimes disagree with him.

Hey Diesel, I figured someone should probably warn you. If you say that kind of stuff around John Kettler too often you might get your cover blown.

: ) made me laugh.

Humans as a species, especially in the West think thye are quite smart. And indeed have done some wonderful things in the way of inventions etc.

Modern research though reveals a lot basic human instincts are still in their operating but in a more complicated world than we are designed for. For instance:

1. People can hold a limited number of concepts in their brain

2. They are superstitious

3. They attribute characteristics to people wihout proof

4. They are often very gullible

5. They are suggestible

6. They are overly greedy

7. and generally speaking not very bright.

Now that I agree with. SO is a perfect example, especially point #7.

Oliver Sachs new book coming out soon: 'The Man Who Mistook his Neighbour for a clone, robitoid, synthetic, demon, reptoid....'

John,

In the PC interview, did you say that only 40% of those on earth are humans? If so, please list the breakdown of what the other 60% are, and your sources (ET/ED or intel).

Many thanks!

John Kettler wrote:

Kyra,

I did. The 60% consist of clones, robitoids, synthetics, demons, reptoids and other nonensouled beings.

Now that we've established the characteristics of the 'primitive human', I'm a bit curious about the 'non primitive' or 'ideal' human. What are the characteristics of the 'superior' human and what sort of a society does he or she reside in?

I think I definitely fit the characteristics of the 'primitive human' by the way. Especially number 7 :). I'm also a greedy Wall Street type so there's probably no place for me in the 'New Society' or whatever they end up calling it .... :(.

I think you have yourself pegged right ASL : )

As a hint if you guard against points 1-6 you will be an improved human. I am not sure there will ever be an ideal human. As for a better society is there any possibility that we can look at place like Denmark and Holland, or Canada, and compare with countries like the US and Italy and see why they may be considered superior. If people in general agree what is a better society there may be a clue what to work to.

Incidentally I am concious that if everyone embraces 1-6 the celebrity based industries/media ar going to be pissed on. Sorry need to sign off now to check my horoscope. Pisces and Dragon - cannot get any better : )

On the contrary, there is a place waiting for you in one of our gulags...er, I mean colonies...that have been especially established just so that you will feel right at home. Someone will be arriving shortly to escort you to your new home. Be sure to pack a toothbrush.
