  1. It would be kinda nice if the makers took those very neat WW2 maps from WAW and made them for SC WW1... Just saying, I kinda miss them
  2. Thanks guys, all I had to do was let my computer sit for a little bit. Now I managed to find the scripts that had errors, and instead of having errors they just cause the game to crash, which means I'm making progress! I have a feeling that it might be due to the size of the my pictures in an event, is that a possibly?
  3. Ok, so I'm starting to get to know these new softwares that you're all showing me, thanks. I guess I should've mentioned, I'm starting off with the scripts from the original WW2 game and actually already started to edit, but I had the same problem with all the scripts not working and containing errors before I even edited them. So I'm not too sure on exactly what to do. Should I just copy the scripts from the original ww2 game and start again from there?
  4. I'm attempting to make a 1938 storm over Europe campaign with the WW1 engine from the original 1939 storm over Europe campaign. I never modified a campaign before but I have edited mini campaigns in SC2 for personal use before with success. Basically my problem is whenever I test run the campaign, none of the scripts are showing (So they're not working) under settings except the third mobilization scripts, and whenever I try to update the scripts under editor, the editor freezes and I have to close it. Any help guys?
  5. Oi! I've been playing SC for some time but never multiplayer, so I might ask a question or two on how some things work... But I'll be happy with just about any campaign, mini or long campaign. E-mail: Kevinekace @ gmail dot com
  6. I just got the game and have been going through all the campaigns with the AI... till the last campaign I have yet to play, 1939 Storm over Europe, (as allied side) froze on me twice:mad:. The Game just keeps thinking reorganizing land unites or something like that, and it happened both in late 1940. Any help?
  7. this has been probably asked before... but how do you swap unites as it said you can on the first page?
  8. I should've said arguably... But it does help reaslitically making the sense of WW2 and making a custom campaign based off this one easier.
  9. Oi! I'm new, so maybe I'm looking in the wring place for this information, but how do you change how a unit looks like? I think I got everything else handled with on the editor.
  10. Poland contruibuted more then France in WW2, and was one of the bigger militaries in Europe, how can it not be a major? On the otherhand France fell just about as fast, so saying Poland fell first isn't much of a reason.
