I just experienced this. It appears as though the demo isn't switching to the "Buy Now" window. It's not really "hanging" the system with a hard lock where reboot is the only option. Just not going out of full screen mode without manual intervention. Hit Ctrl+Alt+Delete and start Task Manager. Should take you back to the desktop where you will see the "Buy Now" window. Close that window and the demo application ends. Doesn't appear to be a need to force a close. My specs for troubleshooting: Windows 7 Home Premium SP1 (x64) Asus G73 laptop Radeon Mobility 5870 graphics card with latest drivers Comparing to OP's specs, besides Windows 7 x64, maybe this is an ATI issue?

I purchased a similar ASUS G73 a few months ago. Plays CM:SF pretty well and all other games with high or better graphic options set (N:TW, Civ5). Mine doesn't have quite the specs of Mr Spkr's. I only have 6GB RAM, a 1.73Ghz Core i7 and an ATI 5850(?) w/ 1GB dedicated RAM. Had some BIOS problems initially that caused random reboots that I got sorted from some website that I don't have the link to right now. I'd recommend it. Holy crap! I agree with Mr Spkr again! :eek:

I'll add my praise for not just these AARs but for your CM:SF videos as well. These videos pushed me over the edge to pre-order. BFC should give you a cut of the sales from the last few days.

I used to be known as Sitzkrieg before that hacker forced BFC to nuke the password file. Can't retrieve my old account because the email account tied to it is long out of service. Original account was created in 2000. I've been lurking this site for years following CM:SF. I've purchased all of the SF modules but haven't played them nearly as much as I did CMBO/CMBB/CMAK. REALLY looking forward to CM:BN. The video AARs pushed me over the edge to pre-order. Just has that "feeling" the original CMBO had. More tension, epic battles, everything that made CMBO great. BTW, I think tyrspawn should get a cut of the sales for the last few days.
