-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------AKD's Sound Mod Version 2.01 for Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy v1.10 and Combat Mission: Fortress Italy v1.00-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------InstallationThe latest version of my sound mod is made specifically for Combat Mission: Battle for Normandy v1.10 and the Commonwealth Forces module and for Combat Mission: Fortress Italy v1.00. If you have not updated to version 1.10 of CMBN or installed the Commonwealth Forces module, you will be missing a number of new firing sounds for small arms. This version of the Sound Mod is also not intended for use with any version of CM:SF or CM:A (use AKD Sound Mod v1.2 for these titles).To install in CMBN v1.10, simply add "ZBase_AKDSM_v2_01.brz" to your "Data" or "Data\Z" folder in your root CMBN directory To install in CMFI, add "ZBase_AKDSM_v2_01.brz" to your "UserData/Mods" folder in your "My Documents" Fortress Italy directory. If you already using another sound mod, remove entirely from your "Data" (CMBN) or "Mods" (CMFI) folder or follow the instructions below for using multiple mods. A huge German mixed group has to break through the american lines and it has to make and hold a bridgehead. The american forces with the approaching reserves are 3-4 fold higher and containes plenty of tanks and self-propelled guns. The terrain show favour toward the defender. The game is very long. The map is huge and the two opponents have numerous infantry, armor and artillery unit. The game optimized for the Germans. You can use Tigers, Panthers, Pumas, StuHs, Stugs, Stummels, Engineers, SiG33, le.IG 18, Pak 40, 81-s mortar, 120-s mortars, Panzerschrecks and so on.. Hints: Attack on the left flank! You never think that you have a lot of unit! All of them will have role! Try to avoid the massacre attack, be tactician! Take care of the flanks!Good luck! More...

The 3rd Canadian Division was assigned to the operation on Juno Beach during the D-Day Assault and pushed inland to Carpiquet Airfield. The 3rd Canadian Division took part in the entire Normandy Campaign, including the fighting around Caen, Carpiquet Airfield, Bourqebus Ridge, Falaise and Chambois. Part V Includes: TacSigns (A & B Sqdns) for: 17th Duke of York’s Royal Canadian Hussars (Recce Regt) This mod has several different elements that should allow the player to effectively model the units provided; this includes uniform items, vehicles and game interface.
