  9. This mod is a second version of my King Tiger's mod, I think it's better than the first one. You have a variant with foliage if you want.Changes:- Tools in both sides, like the real tank (shovel, starter handle and gun cleaner).- More detailed trawl warps.- Number better placed in the turret (according to the real 503rd battalion tank).- Several turrets with different numbers of the 503rd battalion (for not playing with various tanks with the same number) and icon of the 1st company. I recommend to erase my 1st version and install this one.I hope you to enjoy thatEgger More...
  10. Armor of Panzerkampfwagen II was its weak spot as it was outclassed when tank entered service. It was very thin and did not offer any protection against anything other than firearms and shell fragments (e.g. vulnerable turret ring later provided with a protective shield). The main armament of 20mm cannon was adequate at the time of its introduction into service but soon proved to be an outclassed weapon. It was effective against soft targets but proved to be ineffective against majority of Allied armor. 4 Decal options. Base bitmaps have been heavily modified. I hope this works for you until we get a better vanilla representation of the Luchs. More...

  12. A small company sized meeting engagement - Canadian and German forces clash on the outskirts of the town of Authie to try and capture the vital abbey there. The Canadians want it to use for the attack on Buron and ultimately the attack on Caen, the Germans want it to use as a forward obs post to counter attack the Candians sweeping through the area. The scenario itself is loosely based on history, the map itself is loosely based on the Boudicea scenario in Company of Heroes More...

  14. This is a huge battle with the US attacking the AI. The map is huge, hilly, rough and forested. The Germans have prepared defenses and it will be a long battle. Four hours is the time limit. Comments and suggestions are welcome. PM me at "Georgie" More...
  15. This mod wasn't in my to do list. I dislike the stock textures and the mapping in the 3D model. I read, or dreamt, who knows, that BFC was to release a patch to fix it. Well, I got tired of waiting and decided to release what was to be a "just for personal use only" texture pack. I included 11 decal sets for Normandy and non-Normandy based Tiger IIs, including some colourful markings for units deployed in the East front. This is the best I could (or I wanted to) do. More...

  22. Fireflies were introduced to armoured brigades and divisions in the 21st Army Group in 1944 just in time for the Normandy landings. The timing was fortunate as the Allies discovered that the Germans were fielding a much larger number of formidable tanks, such as the Panther, than had been expected in the Normandy theatre. In fact the Allies had mistakenly assumed the Panther, like the Tiger, would be a rare heavy tank with a limited production run, rather than a total replacement for their medium tanks, and the larger-than-expected number of Panthers came as a nasty shock to the Allied commanders as well as the tank crews forced to engage them with guns that could not penetrate the frontal armour at anything other than short range. Photoreal samples of mud, dust, stains and Hi-Res Photoshop brushes were used to mod this vehicle. 4 Decal Options. More...
  23. This 14 mission campaign follows the 29th Infantry Division in several major engagements starting from the landings on Omaha Beach through the following two weeks of the June offensive. As a green national guard division, primarily from Virginia and Maryland, the 29ers had a particularly difficult time adjusting to the new bocage warfare. Led by an intelligent albeit headstrong CO, General Gerhardt, the 29ers often found themselves in difficult situations with unattainable objectives. Serving on the frontline continuously for a month and a half without rest, the 29ers suffered extraordinarily brutal casualty rates and rose to an even higher levels of courage as they continued the fight toward St. Lo.For a complete roster of the 29th Infantry Division (including fates and casualties), please visit http://www.angelfire.com/md/29division/* (Courtesy of Joseph Balkoski)**By Crushingleeek*2012* More...
