  23. while generally I agree, it isn't a realistic proposition unless the US actually deals with the larger issue. my old company for example had an office in Russia. To expect no one from any office outside the country would visit means the US expectation is NO US citizen would be doing any business with Russia. That implies the US making that the default position. i.e., declare them a terrorist state and get it over with.
