  5. yeah a 9600 is a little outdated for modern gaming.
  6. wish they would degrade it a lot more lol unfortunately the ai can even see my units when completely hidden behind hills.
  7. not in the russian mission those su 100's and 155's etc go right through walls and my tanks behind them.They are suppose to block los in real life but not in the game.
  8. lol what i said but when placing units you should also be able to tell it to hold position, defend, advance etc which currently you can not do for some strange reason. Simply clicking hold should make them stop if not hit stop then hold position, either way works for me.
  9. as soon as you hit begin battle after placing units you have to hit pause then set ALL units to hold position from assault which does suck. They should hold position by default, I agree. More additions for the patch P.S. those stone walls won't provide you any useful cover or los benefits from the enemy only buildings will. they are there just for eye candy as is trees and shrubs etc.

  11. that's good news but I'm not about to purchase a new processor and mobo just to play a game that should be working properly with my processor Still going to wait before I purchase and see what is fixed.
  12. G - 7 S - 4 U - 5 P - 5 O - 5 total= 52/100. the bugs etc kill my ratings. When los, amd processor problem etc all fixed up ratings will be higher. Still a fun game though.
  13. hit enter when a unit is selected thus you can see what they do from essentially gunner view. I like that option myself.
  14. ^^ ah np my bad. I thought ya meant what you thought I thought you meant lol. You are correct. On a added note as he stated also try for pinch points, ambushed and crossfires. Works great for suppressing advancing infantry, killing those heavy russian tanks ( side shots ) etc. Increases your survivability. Also keep your units low as the saying goes " he who walks tall on the battlefield falls on the battlefield".

  19. #2 is not 100 % accurate or correct. You can't fight off 6 to 1 odds no matter what tactics you are using when they have superior armor numbers and your atg's get taken out within the first minute or so. In the mission for the demo I won BUT their 155's and 100 su's killed my tanks and atg's no matter where or how I hid them.It's not a matter of proper tactics it's a matter of proper game mechanics.No one can honestly say the game doesn't need some tweaking. ^^ that was also for free lol yep and 800 meters is about what the tiger gunners use to set their sights to when going into combat. I do like the ability to shoot long ranges ( realistic ) in this game but the ability of them to fire through trees etc and see you behind hills and buildings etc takes away from that.
