ooh, I just think so far I've been pretty damn lucky...Bert isn't doing much wrong and it has been DESPERATE from my perspective for most of the game.

Well it looks like we sorted out what the problem was. Berts spam filter was blocking some of my emails...so we should be back on track now

Bert, got that file but I'd already received it and sent the next file back (turn 66). I sent it again (turn 66) this morning after I received your email with turn 65, and also forwarded it to Walker for him to send it. If you don't recevie it, let me know. We may have to try something different if that doesn't work Hopefully we can get this working

My web browser is back up and running after reformatting my computer Bert, I did my next move last night...let me know if you don't receive it either through the forum, or by email. Also, if you don't receive a file from me within one or two days post on the forum or send me an email

Just to let you know where we are up to. Walker and I are up to turn 32 of 35 and progressing well. Bert and I are only up to turn 17 but hopefully we can get that one going over the next two weeks.

Hey Bert, just sent the file to the new email address. Hopefully we will get going again. I'm away for two nights starting tomorrow...going to the beach, it's lovely and hot over here in Australia at the moment :cool: should be able to get a bit of surfing in (I'm not very good, but its great fun). I will check my emails before I go and upon return.

Not that I know of Major...sorry, I can't be of any help there. Other than that all my games are progressing well But it will slow down for me in a week or so. We are going away for 10 days around the 23rd of this month...but I will let the other guys know by email just before I leave. Major Tum, thanks for the vote of confidence but I have to admit that in most of our games Walker seems to get the better of me :mad: :confused: thought occassionally I do take him by surprise...I think I can count the number of his tanks I've killed over the past 4 years on one hand...oh, except for one game and Walker has a T-Shirt with a picture of ALL those DESTROYED Panthers plastered on the front of it to remind him of that game (a little Xmas present) But generally, he's the smarter player. I think it's because he's older, wiser and much more cunning, whereas I'm younger (well a little bit...only a couple of grey hairs at this stage), eager, and prone to sometimes making rash (stupid) decisions :cool:

One quick question...are the Allies supposed to receive a briefing in the "One Last Hurrah" map? Mine just goes straight into the setup :confused: It's not a problem if we don't, I just want to make sure

Man this Bricks and Mortar Forest is a tough map. Fiaros and I are going at it hammer and tongs...an absolutely wonderful scenario. I keep going from joy to crying and back again each and every turn. :mad: :eek: :confused: Fiaros and I have just finished turn 21, but we are making good progress. Hopefully we won't keep the rest of you waiting for too much longer so we can see how we all went

All going well with my games...great fun so far, but as Bert said, it's a bit hard to really tell how you go until all the other games are finished. THEN we will truely know how we are going Hope everyone else is having fun!!

Ah Miles, good to see you are still about. You are missing out of some fabulous scenarios...perhaps you may be able to get Slysniper to forward them to you at some stage so you can have a go at them when you get the chance Slysniper, all my games are progressing well.

HA...Walker what are you talking about...I've met you and you are greyer than my 94 year old nan And I second every single good comment about these games so far. They are up there with the best Great diversity, and all VERY challenging. I've suffered my fair share of surprises and "DOH!" moments, and loved every one of them...hopefully I've given a few "DOH!" moments to my opponents

Yeah, Mikado is having LOTS of fun...at my expense :mad: But I can overcome...well hopefully

Trust me Crow Warrior...it will be the first of MANY lessons. I'm still getting taugh painful lessons even now, but it's all a part of the fun

Believe me Sly...being "Blackballed" holds a lot of punch from where I'm sitting. I'd hate to get a bad reputaion or not be able to compete in any of your tourney's All three of my games are up and running. Quite a diverse range of games...love them all already

I'm pretty sure the tourney is now full, but speak to slysniper and he may put you on a reserve list in case someone drops out in the near future. A tourney is where a number of player play each other. This one is a round robin tournament and it's organised by Slysniper who makes up the maps/forces etc. The rest of us get the fun part...we play each other
