Heh, thanks Bert...I take that as a compliment. I think that map suits my playing style AND I've been VERY lucky. A couple of different results and that game would be totally different right now!! My game against Redbear is well advanced but I haven't heard from him for quite some time. However he did email me about two weeks ago to let me know he was away from his internet. Our game is at turn 31 (of 35) so I'm happy to wait. Hopefully he can get back in time. My game against McCobbler is progressing steadily in what is turning into a torrid match. And Neil...yep, interested in a game when the tourney finishes

All seems ok here. My games are progressing at a steady pace. Almost finished one map against Redbear, and about 1/3 of the way through the other two. Enjoying all 3 maps. Good to hear you might get some points. I'm still dissappointed you didn't get a chance to extract some revenge on me

The worst part is that we didn't meet in this tourney...I'm sure you would have scored some big points against me

Thanks for that Bert. Yes, I also received a file yesterday from Redbear and have returned the file. I think that in future when I send a file I will give it a few days before I start panicking again

Has anyone heard from Redbear recently? He sent me his initial setup file last week which I returned on Wednesday. I sent the same file again on Saturday but still haven't had a reply. :confused: :confused:

Hey everyone. All games progressing well at this stage. It's great to have the tourney going again and my wife once again hates the amount of time I'm now spending on the computer and "that stupid game" as she so lovingly refers to it. Ah, it's good to be back in familiar territory
