Whe editing the country date, does the numeric for Initial MPP's mean? * Sept 1939 Initial MPP's - each subsequent turn is a randon number * Initial base MPP's per Game Turn - every turn. * Initial MPP's upon activation by DoW * Initial MPP's regardless of activation. Not sure if this number is the base number each nation receives per turn, only at the beginning og the game AND whether this ONLY happens upon activation or if it happens when neutral!

  6. Why is there no readme for this mod? Also,why no convoy - battle of the atlantic? Seems those were key factors of the war in europe? To Blashy: Is it feasible to add some of your elements to this???
  7. Can this mod be played at Normalized 14 day turns? Also, when I try to go to the editor I get an error message: "Could not find European theater/scripts/events/convoy....... Cannot load scenario" I noticed there is no convoy script - is this correct?

  12. There is no read me for this mod - why should one play it if we don't know what it is or what it does?????
  13. A question on your mod - and changes made therein. Originally you had Railheads on - but now no? Originally Home builds were on but are no off? Oil wells were originally raised from 3 to 5 - what is current rate? Mines were raised from 2 to 3, but now no reference! Lastly, were are the Siberian Transfers, Urals rebuilding, India, NZ, SAfrican arrivals scripts? Thanks
  14. Luv your mod idea but some questions........... 1. Why no convoys? 2. Partisans? 3. Can I utilize scripts from a regular scale game (e.g, Blashy 1939 Historical) and have them work? I want to have convoys, etc!

  16. Simple fix - and it reflects historical doctrine of the West. In the Editor, Amed under Fleet - North Sea Blockade 1939(1) Goal position - 70,9 in lieu of 72,10 And in NSB1939(2) - Goal position 69,9 in lieu of 73,9. The West respects Norweigan coastal waters........

  18. How would you amend the Allied fleet script to reflect a reduced Allied Blockade or patrol radius? The current scripts allow the blockade to stretch into Norweigan coastal waters and also into the Gulf of Norway. Goal position for 'North Sea Blockade 1939' 63,11 68,8 72,10 This is totally ahistorical - The Allies did not want to upset the Norweigans and did NOT enter its waters with the exception of the Altmark incident! What are your thoughts on this crucial element?
  19. In doing some research, I believe you can keep the aggressive AI but change the scripts to reflect historical doctrine. The Allies did not arbitrarily enter Norweign coast waters - the current scripts allow that. The Altmark was the only incident that did occur and this in fact convinced Adolf to launch Weserubung! Additionally, German U-Boats regularly used Norweigan coastal waters as a route to access the North Atlantic. Something the Allies suspected but could do little about! To reflect this, you need different Goal Positions for the (1) North Sea Blockade (2) North Sea Patrols (Bergen, Antwerp). My question then is..............if the current goal position for (1) is 63,11 (Scapa) 68,8 (Midway point) and 72,10 (Norweigan Coast), what would you amend the latter (72,10) to to reflect the extent of the blockade or patrol? Would going to 71,9 (2 hexes off the coast) allow this?
