The weather is heavy snow, so it will be deep, will affect mobility (in my tests the big German tanks had a tendency to bog and immobilize when moving cross country), (DO NOT TELL BANEMAN!!) while the US tanks seem to be rather good cross country.
To my knowledge I was always under the impression, that german tanks, thanks to their wider tracks, had superior mobility than US tanks.

i just want to say that i don't share your opinion that its ok to share your views/standings/opinions/decisions on certain things and then lock the thread so that your word is last. i don't belive in publicity ,it doesnt make you 1% bigger
also i don't really experience your thread locking as something like ' i am owner of this place and i do what i want, i know i am right and i dont have time/nerves to argue with people who have no idea what they are talking about'

FYI - the music you are using in (all of) your videos makes it impossible to watch them in Germany (legal dispute between UMG and Youtube).

Hello guys,
I am sorry for the bad delivery, this is the best free site I could find, which also lets you upload files up to 250mb. I was looking for something like this because the terrain mod would require 10+ parts if I used the BFC repository, for example, and it's a mess (for many other reasons), not to mention that there's no CMBS support as of now.
This makes very hard to release mods for any of us, especially for me because I am not confident at all with the file sharing techniques on internet.
Anyway, I checked the files and seem to be all ok. It takes some time after you click the download button to pop up the explorer's download option, I only have Win7 and Explorer so I can't help you with other browsers issues.
Its not working, no matter what browser I try.

Same here. This thing runs as smooth as no other CM before for me (and I play CM since the very first CM). As I first fired it up today I thought thats this is so good looking right out of the box that I dont need any mods.
For me its the best CM so far. Good job BF. Keep it up.

I heard it is similar to CM in some way and it is on sale on steam for like 7 dollars was wondering if you guys had any experience with it? Is it worth getting if i enjoy CM. Normally i would just pick it up but the funds are low. thanks guys
I have it and I dont like it very much. Its realtime and Iam not a great fan of realtime. The UI is awkward and I find the behaviour of the Infantry extremely stupid. There no decent manual so it takes some time to get used to the game system and for me this is the biggest drawback. Its not my cup of tea but many peopel like it. But I think for 7$ its worth a try maybe you like it.

Tried to load it and it didn't show in SCENARIO. Tried to open it in the editor and it does show or open-yet the name is in the SCENARIO file. FWIW.
I just installed it and everythings fine. Have you installed in the right directory? Its under "MY Computer/Documents/Battlefront/Combat Mission/Fortress Italy/Game Files/Scenarios.
